The rules behind the range
What changes a final quote
Travel
Applicable local travel is included within 60 miles of Charlestown, Indiana. Beyond that boundary, mileage, travel time, lodging, and direct expenses are identified before booking.
Additional scope
Added sites, shifts, languages, cohorts, field validation, technical studies, expedited timing, and extensive record cleanup can move work to the upper range or require a separate scope.
Payment
Projects normally begin with a 50% deposit. Monthly retainers are prepaid. Taxes and third-party fees are separate unless explicitly included.
Specialist services
Engineering, legal review, medical services, industrial hygiene, laboratory work, permits, certification cards, equipment, and software subscriptions are excluded unless named in writing.
Pricing FAQ
Straight answers before a sales conversation
Is the estimator a quote?
No. It is an immediate planning range based on the service and scope pattern you select. A final written quote confirms facts, deliverables, timing, and travel.
Why do some services require scope review?
Multi-site work, technically regulated programs, field validation, and specialized studies vary too much for responsible one-size pricing. You still receive a public planning range before providing contact information.
Can we start smaller?
Yes. SoIN Safety can often begin with a bounded walkthrough, advisory session, review, or focused diagnostic—without pretending that a small engagement includes full implementation.
What does WorkSight OX cost?
The WorkSight OX software subscription starts at $500/month. SoIN Safety setup, administration, additional-site implementation, and advisory services are separate and shown in the catalog above.
Does training solve an incident or recurring problem?
Training may be part of the response, but it is not automatically the fix. For post-incident requests, SoIN Safety may recommend a short systems check to confirm whether conditions, controls, supervision, or work design also need attention.
