Before founding SoIN Safety, Nick led health and safety work in complex manufacturing environments. His prior operating experience included supporting a workforce of more than 800 people, guiding safety across capital work exceeding $10 million annually, and contributing to a 40% reduction in recordable incidents.
That operating background shapes every engagement. The goal is not to add another layer of paperwork. It is to make risk visible, clarify ownership, improve how decisions are made, and help the operating system perform more reliably under real conditions.
