Before founding SoIN Safety, Nick spent more than a decade supporting complex manufacturing and industrial operations. His prior operating experience included supporting a workforce of more than 800 people, guiding safety across capital work exceeding $10 million annually, and contributing to a 40% reduction in recordable incidents.
His background also includes developing and strengthening ISO-aligned management systems, working through external audit and risk reviews, and leading a statewide development program serving more than 150 junior leaders in the Kentucky National Guard.
That experience shapes every engagement. The goal is not another layer of paperwork. It is to make risk visible, connect frontline knowledge with leadership decisions, clarify ownership, and help the operating system perform more reliably under real conditions.
