Leadership Development Workshops
SoIN Safety workshops connect regulatory expectations to the task, the hazard, supervisor routines, and the follow-through required after class. Sessions are built for frontline and operational leaders who need practical tools they can use on the floor.
The work is led by Nick Combs, CSP, whose leader-development experience includes a statewide program serving more than 150 junior leaders and Senior Instructor roles for Advanced Leader Course and Officer Candidate School. Sessions draw on practical planning, coaching, and After Action Review methods—not generic leadership theory.
